Ho provato queste risposte ma non ha funzionato.
Sto provando a compilare i file nel mio scss cartella nel normale css file ma è sospeso in mezzo.
Ho installato node-sass da npm e dà errore come

Finalmente ho trovato una soluzione
sudo npm install --unsafe-perm node-sass
Spero che questo aiuterà molti di noi.
