No, è un codice di escape speciale di ssh che elenca le connessioni inoltrate. Ovviamente sei connesso alla tua shell tramite una connessione SSH.

bash stesso risponderà con un "comando non trovato" se digiti ~# sulla riga di comando:

$ ~#
bash: ~#: command not found

Nota che per digitare un ~ nella shell come primo carattere dopo aver premuto Invio , dovrai premere ~ due volte se la tua shell si trova dall'altra parte di una connessione SSH, solo a causa di questi codici di escape.

Altri comandi disponibili sono elencati in ssh manuale (questi devono essere inseriti come primi caratteri dopo aver premuto Invio ):
