Prova il hdparm

Il -i
opzione di hdparm
può essere utilizzato per recuperare informazioni di identificazione.
Non sono sicuro che sia su tutte le distribuzioni, ma prova a esaminare /dev/disk/by-id:

Nota che menziona l'ID del tuo dispositivo di blocco come logical name
e anche il numero di serie come product
. Puoi usarlo per distinguere fisicamente le tue unità
