Soluzione 3:

È uno standard e dovresti seguirlo.

Gli standard RSA (ad es. RFC 2459) definiscono solo una rappresentazione binaria per le chiavi. In pratica, come le chiavi OpenPGP (RFC 4880), sono spesso codificate in base 64 utilizzando gli standard PEM altrimenti obsoleti (RFC 1421).

La sezione di codifica stampabile PEM dice:
